Error -723 refers to a rejection by Google, which prevents CoPilot from authenticating with the Google Play Store. CoPilot performs a check on app launch to ensure the application has been purchased legitimately and this error may be displayed if Google is unable to authorise it.



If you are trying CoPilot on the same or new device that is not setup with the same correct Google email account that you used to purchase CoPilot, then Google will see that you are trying it with another account and then reject it.


Note: This error may also appear if you don't have an internet connection on your device, preventing Google Play from authenticating your CoPilot Purchase.

 

Please try the following troubleshooting to fix the error:

  1. Ensure that a strong WiFi connection is available on your device,
  2. Ensure that your device is set up with the same Google account that you used to purchase CoPilot,
  3. Launch CoPilot again.
  4. If it does not work, Remove and install CoPilot
