Error 710 refers to a corrupted license file in your installation, which prevents CoPilot from activating properly.

Please try the following troubleshooting to fix the error:

  1. Do a License Restore in CoPilot (see how to: restore licenses in V10). If this does not help,
  2. On your iPhone/iPad, go to Settings > CoPilot and choose License Reset. Launch CoPilot again, log in and restore licenses. If this does not work,
  3. Remove and install CoPilot again.
