Error 710 indicates there is a corrupted license file in your installation which is preventing CoPilot from activating successfully.


Please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the error:

  1. Perform a License Restore in CoPilot (see how to: restore licenses in V10). If this does not help,
  2. If Using an iPhone/iPad, go to Settings > CoPilot and choose License Reset. Launch CoPilot again, log in and restore the license. If this does not work,
  3. Remove and install CoPilot again.
