Vehicle toll preferences are set in the Vehicle Profile.

From the main menu list, select Settings and then Vehicle Routing Profiles.

Tap on View/Edit at the bottom of the screen.

Tap on Use adjacent to Toll Roads.

Tap to select Use, Always Avoid, or Avoid if Possible.

Use the gray arrow at the top to return to the previous screen, then tap on Save as New and enter a new Name Profile.
