CoPilot does not have a 'single button' to flip the order of stops within a planned trip but it offers the ability to reverse a trip. as displayed in the video below.

Tap on and slide the destination to the first position of the trip. 

Now tap on and slide the originating point to the last position on the trip.

Tap on the three dots at the top of the screen, then tap on Optimize Stops.
