Please perform the following steps in order to obtain and secure a GPS fix:
-Go to Menu >> Settings >> GPS
-Search for GPS connection
Note, CoPilot requires an internal/external GPS receiver to function, which means that the location-based service won't ensure a reliable GPS fix.
Some Windows computers broadcast different GPS feed protocols, like NMEA, which are compatible with CoPilot; while GLONASS cannot be decoded by CoPilot.
In order to bypass this problem, you will either need to purchase an external receiver such as a BU-354 receiver from GlobalSat for example; or you could use a software that will transform the internal GPS feed protocol into one CoPilot understands. The software we recommend to use is Centrafuse Localizer.
